Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and another notification when your order has shipped.

Pehnava by Kaur currently ships within Canada only.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Brampton.
Pickup orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
