No Return / No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer:
- Returns
- Refunds
All purchases made on our website are considered final sale.
This includes:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection by customer
- Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
- Delivery delays caused by courier partners
We kindly request customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and images before placing an order.
Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Products)
In the rare event that you receive:
- A damaged item, or
- An incorrect product
We may offer an exchange for the same item or a product of equal value, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos of the product received
Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Exchange approval is subject to verification by our team.
- Customized, sale, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
Please note:

- Handmade and artisanal jewellery may have minor irregularities that add to their uniqueness and charm.
